 Factory Hardness: Annealed to HB ≦ 255 

 Features: Cr12MoV alloy tool steel with high hardenability, in 300 ~ 40 0 ??℃ can still be good hardness and wear resistance, high toughness than Cr12 steel, quenching the smallest volume change. With high hardenability and toughness, deformation hardening is very small. 
 Uses: used to make cross-section of large, complex shape, withstand greater impact loads of various molds and tools. For example, the complex shape of the punching die, complex mold on the inserts, steel deep drawing die, drawing dies, thread wire panels fell, cold extrusion, cold cut scissors, saw, standard tools, measuring tools, etc. 

 Heat treatment specifications: (1) quenching, 950 ~ 1000 ℃ oil cooling; (2) quenching 1020 ℃, 200 ℃ tempered 2h. 

 Microstructure: fine granular pearlite + carbide
